Our Coaches
Todd Rosenthal
Coach and Team Founder
My name is “Coach Todd” Rosenthal and I have been a multi-sport coach for around twenty years. I’ve coached over 1500 youth basketball games on the Zero Gravity, AAU, and NYC Summer League circuit at Kenny Graham’s famed West 4th Street Summer League. I was a two-sport All Daily News and All-State athlete in both high school sports and the USA Today NY State Athlete of the Year my senior year. All of which led me to UCONN where I played baseball for four seasons. My time included one Big East title and NCAA College World Series Regional appearance. I graduated as the school’s all-time hit leader and was voted Converse All Northeast twice. I then played four seasons of minor-league baseball.
My career allowed me to experience a range of perspectives as a player from being both a starter to a bench player on major levels. All roles matter. We value everyone’s contribution to the team. As coaches, we make it a point to roadmap each player’s role for them as well.
I started this program with the idea that the Grey Wolves would feature team play. Be a family. Be friends. Share the ball. Trust the open shooter. Stay connected on defense. While developing the proper competitive mindset. First and foremost, we want kids to have fun and be excited to come to practice and games. We work hard and aim to improve as a group every time we are on the court but with a laugh and a smile.
Asher Worman
Coach
My name is Asher Worman and I have been working for Grey Wolves basketball for the past 4 years as a coach. I started playing for Coach Todd when I was in 1st grade and competed on his teams competitively through 8th grade. Before 9th grade, he asked me to join his staff and I excitedly accepted the position. I enjoy spreading my basketball knowledge with kids of all ages and putting them in the best position to be successful.
Dylan Baum
Coach
“My name is Dylan Baum and I have been a multi-sport coach for the past 14 years. I grew up playing basketball in high-division AAU circuits and have been in that world ever since. In high school, I would organize and coach basketball clinics for kids on Fire Island and have continued to run those basketball clinics to this day.
I have played in almost every streetball basketball league and tournament in New York City including parks such as West 4th Street, Dyckman, and Rutker Park.
Basketball is in my blood and I truly enjoy sharing the love and knowledge I have for the game with the youth.
